Amanda Hinds, BS

Amanda Hinds is a graphic designer, currently working as a senior designer at Talbots, Inc. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Northeastern University, majoring in graphic design and a minor in Business. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Digital Media, with a concentration in Interactive Design, looking to apply her design knowledge to a future involving web-based design. Amanda has been working in the design field for eight years, and has been working as an Art Director and Designer in the fashion industry since 2005. This experience has involved photo-shoot direction and layout design for catalogs. As an independent project, Amanda was the Art Director and web designer for the Bonfire Steakhouse website in Boston, from 2005 to September of 2009. Amanda also enjoys digital photography, and has put together several personal slide shows from travels in Europe and of nature and wildlife. By pursuing a Master’s in Digital Media, Amanda hopes to move forward in her professional career, as a Design Director of print and mutli-media.
